1. General information

The character(s) that you wanna use for the commission must be yours, or you must have permission to use it.You SHOULD be adult to commission me.IMPORTANT! When you're ordering a commission from me, please make sure you have provided the full description and all the information needed for the work, especially about your character(s)!

2. Art progress

For the beginning I start from sketch and discuss the result with client. If everything all good I can freely continue to do commission. But I'm also a human so I won't do a lot of fixes! Hope for your understanding.Art progress:
Sketch -> Line art -> Flat color -> Final resultIMPORTANT! I don't do any updates for emojis, so when you're commission emojis you'll receive ONLY the final result. Also when you're agreed with sketch it means there's no gonna be changes anymore!You can just join my Discord Server if you wanna track the progress stage of your commission.

3. Refunds Policy

Any situation could happen so you're always able to request a refund! Of course if your commission hasn't started... You'll receive 100% of your payment.After sketch you're able to receive only 80% of payment back. That's my time, so yeah, it's fair if I'll have at least small part of payment.IMPORTANT! After confirming the sketch you're NOT gonna be able to have a refund. But there's exception depends on your situation, please understand that you'll get less, it depends on commission progress that already was done.After final result you're NOT able to request a refund. If a
chargeback is made it meant you (client) and your character(s) are gonna be blacklisted and blocked from buying any of my artworks. My friends are also gonna be warned about it.I have ANY rights to cancel your commission if I decided so. You'll receive 100% of your payment back even if sketch was done. But if I decided to do it cuz of your attitude towards me you'll receive less, depends on commission progress that already was done.

4. Rights to the art

All rights of the artwork belong to me (dexstnc). This means you CAN'T use the art for sale/resale or commercial use. The artwork I provide for you is for personal use only!If you would like to own the rights to the artwork for commercial use you should discuss this with me before payment and any commission progress. You'll be asked to pay additional fee of +100% of total commission cost.IMPORTANT! You're NOT authorized to edit or trace any of the artwork that I may make for you! It also means you DO NOT have permission to use my art in any form of AI generation this includes: creating alternate versions of the art with AI, animating the art with AI, training an AI model with the art etc.
